Hi, I’m Flo,
And I am so thrilled to welcome you to this space.
I am a registered Nutritional Therapist (DipCNM, mBANT, CNHC, ANP), Wellness Coach and Advance 600hr Yoga & Meditation Teacher.
Having suffered with severe anger from the age of 7, which later manifested as anxiety and depression in my teenage / adult years. I really craved a space where I could learn to express my emotions freely and confidently, a place where I could understand what I needed to support me mentally & physically.
A place where I could learn take charge of my wellbeing.
And so began the creation of Florence Bell Wellness. Over the past 7 years I have trained in a variety of practices which has enabled me to support and uplift numerous people on their path to self-acceptance and self-empowerment.
I cant wait to help you on your journey and watch you transform into your truest potential.
I first met Flo at one of her Vinyasa Flow yoga classes. The first thing you notice is how relaxed and natural she is, you can tell she knows about the body and mind. No session is ever the same, there is always a theme, which makes it very special. The meditation combined with her voice at the end of the class is so relaxing, it is all you need to finish or start your day with a smile in your face.
Not only is she a great yoga teacher, she is also a great coach. I decided to go for the intensive coaching course she offers and it is the best decision I took in a long time. Her meditations, online yoga lessons and calls have helped me massively to overcome mental barriers. She is a great listener and you can tell she knows how to analyse your needs and give you an easy step-by-step plan for you to follow.

I support my clients through movement, meditation, nutrition and practical coaching, working with you to get to the root cause of any symptoms or issues you may be experiencing.
I have personal experience with mental health issues and bring a friendly, welcoming and personal approach to my clients & work.
