Own Your Anger

 Anger is an emotion that we are regularly made to feel guilty and ashamed of. Too often we are told that anger is an unsavoury emotion. An emotion that shows you are unstable, hostile, unloveable, damaged.

But what if I told you that your anger is in fact a superpower? A way for you to inspire change, set boundaries and understand yourself on a deeper level.

Own Your Anger is a 4-week container for a maximum of 20 participants. This is an intimate and safe space for you to experience your anger, share your story and create noticeable and lasting change.

This is a container where you will learn to feel empowered by your anger.

This is where you will learn to OWN YOUR ANGER.

The lessons and work you do are perfectly pitched – informative, interesting and encourage you to be inquisitive about things rather than accepting them as they are. The meditation and yoga classes are, of course, great. Done in Flo’s wonderful inclusive and friendly style she somehow manages to keep to the theme without it feeling shoehorned in – quite a skill!

WEEK 1 – UNDERSTANDING ANGER

What are your triggers? What are your symptoms of anger? What are the different types of anger? All of this and more will be discussed and explored during the first week.

WEEK 2 – RELEASING ANGER

Releasing your anger in a safe and constructive way is so important when it comes to using our anger effectively. For week 2 we will explore movement, breath-work, meditation & forgiveness as ways in which we can release anger and frustration.

WEEK 3 – EXPERIENCING ANGER

How can you begin to RESPOND rather than just REACT to anger? This week we will develop self-awareness in order to build a positive relationship with anger.

 WEEK 4 – OWNING YOUR ANGER

It is time to put everything you have learnt together and own your anger! Flo will be available for live hot-seat coaching, as we finish with this empowering final workshop.
