My Spring Day Retreat has now been running every year for the past 5 years and it is one of my favourite events! Spring is a stunning time of year, with new growth emerging, and a sense of fresh energy and new beginnings. This retreat really is the perfect way to welcome in the season of spring.

This will be an energising day, which is open to all abilities, ages, genders and races.
